Rombave nandri mam for showing this recipe..will try for this festival for sure..should the jaggery pagu be very hard and make sound when thrown and seen or it can be taken even when it forms soft balls consistency..also any way to identify what is the correct level of roasting of rice flour for seedai..
Try to put kolam using roasted flour.It should Come straight without breaking.Another method is while roasting it will become light which we can feel while roasting.Whiteness of flour should not change.
Light roasted flour is enough.Pagu jaggery is important.It should form a ball without unshaping is enough .Hard ball also will come.We elders prefer little before.
